Natasha Duarte is no stranger to the Sydney music scene. She has been gigging since the age of 13 in and around Sydney’s clubs, pubs and hotels. The songstress began singing in her early years, encouraged by those around her and soon started writing her own songs and playing the guitar. She has won numerous song writing awards such as International Song writing Competition, Nashville and the UK Song writing Competition, which she recently won in the video category. Natasha has a large repertoire of songs and can sing many genres. Her husky tones bring a warm ambience to the audience. Her influences are diverse and include artists such as Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, Rodriguez and Fleetwood Mac.
Becoming an Australian Idol Finalist in 2005 stamped Dan Spillane as an artist to watch, finishing fifth out of 30,000 acts is a tremendous achievement for such a young artist. His ability to entertain a crowd is second to none. One of the most diverse singers to emerge in Australia, you can expect to hear Jazz, Pop, Rock, Folk, Blues and Soul regularly from Dan. Dan’s ability to take a song somewhere else and make it his own is the trademark of this young, fresh, highly entertaining guitarist/singer.
